All under one roof – this is how you can short describe our company. We start from basic raw materials in order to ensure our full control over the production process. No compromise! Every detail matters! The entire production process is carried out in our manufacturing plants in Europe, thus allows quick order processing and highly individualized offer. LITEX GROUP has a few independent production lines allowing for optimal use of resources, great flexibility and cutting down delivery terms.
Printing is crucial
Printing is an extremely important aspect of LITEX products. In order to guarantee the highest quality we pay a lot of attention to accurate preparation of materials for printing. This is ensured by a team of experienced graphic artists having state-of-the-art hardware and software at their disposal.
LITEX has one of the largest production lines in the world specialized in printing on fabrics. State-of-the-art Swiss technologies used for printing are the guarantee of the highest quality and precision in presentation of your image.
A number of printing techniques allows us to make an ideal choice of solutions for our customer. We use flatbed large-format printers, rotary printers and digital printers. Such a broad and diversified stock of machinery allows us to obtain immense production capabilities of over 50 000 large parasols a month.
LITEX offers a wide range of coatings, preventing the cover from absorbing water; protecting from rain, dust und fungus.
Quality
The use of advanced technologies in the manufacturing process allows LITEX to deliver products of the highest quality. Our laboratories and development department keep watch over every little detail. The quality of fabrics and knitwear, resistance to colour fading and extreme conditions is constantly monitored and tested. Numerous certificates confirm our high quality policy. The ISO 9001:2000 system has been already implemented for several years. Every year, the system and the company itself undergo a rigorous external audit carried out by independent certifying institutions. We are proud to say that the results are always excellent. The products offered by LITEX are also safe for the environment and their users. Tests performed on our products, e.g. parasols, conducted in a wind tunnel of the Institute of Aviation in Warsaw, proved a durability that exceeds several times the permissible standards of use.
